Questions we are asked most
How long does a shoot take?
A typical three-bedroom home takes two to three hours for stills, film and the 3D tour scan. Larger houses and commercial spaces are quoted by floor area after a short call.
How quickly do we receive the files?
Edited stills and the finished walkthrough film are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Interactive tours go live on a hosted link within the same window.
Does the property need to be staged?
It does not need professional staging, but it should be tidy, decluttered and with all lights working. We send a one-page preparation checklist when you book.
Can you film an occupied property?
Yes. We work around tenants and owners regularly and can schedule evenings or weekends. Faces and personal items are kept out of frame as standard.
Who owns the finished assets?
You do. Every package includes a licence to use the stills, film and tour across portals, social channels and print for as long as the property is marketed.
