We built the viewing we always wished we had been offered
CC Premium Preview Walk began when two property marketers grew tired of listings that flattered rooms and wasted everybody’s Saturday.
We work across prime residential and commercial stock, usually a day or two before a property goes live. Every shoot follows the same method: survey the light, plan the route, film the walk, then build the tour. Agents get assets within 48 hours. Buyers get an honest sense of space, flow and daylight — which means the people who do book a viewing are the people genuinely ready to move.
